Our executive team consists of highly experienced,

For more than 25 years, Leslie Jennewein has dedicated her career to teaching individuals of all ages the life skills that help them thrive - in school, in business, and in everyday life. As co‑owner of The Manners Advantage, Inc. in Tampa, she has focused on helping people feel confident, capable, and prepared for the moments that matter.
Her training with The Protocol School of Washington and the Emily Post Institute, combined with decades of hands-on experience, has shaped her practical, modern, and kindness‑centered approach to etiquette. Whether guiding preschoolers as they take their first steps into social
awareness or supporting professionals in refining their executive presence, Leslie’s mission remains consistent: empowering people with skills that open doors.
Leslie is a proud graduate of Florida State University, where she studied Communication and Political Science. She has served in numerous leadership roles throughout the Tampa Bay community, including long‑standing involvement with The Junior League of Tampa, Chiselers,
Red Cross Angels, and the American Red Cross of Tampa Bay. One of her most meaningful commitments has been chairing Cotillion at The Tampa Yacht & Country Club for more than two decades.
She has also organized seminars and programs for organizations such as Tampa General Hospital, The Mendez Foundation, The YMCA, and The Child Abuse Council — opportunities that have allowed her to share the value of etiquette and soft skills with diverse audiences.
At the heart of Leslie’s work is a simple passion: helping people feel prepared, polished, and confident so they can succeed in every chapter of their lives. Teaching these essential skills is not only her profession — it is her purpose.
Kim Osborne is the co-owner of The Manners Advantage, Inc. in Tampa, Florida, and a Certified Professional Etiquette Consultant. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and studied art at the Parsons School of Design in Paris, France. Kim
later completed her Master’s in International Cultural and Arts Management, blending her creative background with global cultural insight.
Her career began in the advertising industry before she transitioned into marketing, where her creativity and leadership quickly distinguished her. After moving to Florida, Kim advanced as Marketing Director for several premier retail properties, leading branding initiatives and
orchestrating grand openings of renovated centers. Her innovative work earned her the Best Shopping Center Marketing Award from General Growth Properties and the FORBES Magazine New Initiative Business in the Arts Award for her contributions to the Tampa community.
Kim’s commitment to community extends beyond her professional life. She has served on numerous boards, including the Tampa Bay Business Committee for the Arts, the Children’s Home Society in Gainesville, Florida, and the North Carolina Retail Merchants Association. Locally, she has been active on the Parent’s Association Board at Tampa Preparatory School and St. John’s Episcopal Parish Day School, and a proud member of the Junior League of Tampa for over a decade.
Her passion for working with children grew after becoming a mother to two boys. Through community involvement, Kim met co-founder Leslie, and together they discovered a shared vision for equipping children with lifelong social skills. In 2010, they launched The Manners Advantage, Inc., merging their collective expertise in education, culture, and business development.
Today, The Manners Advantage has expanded to provide comprehensive etiquette programming for children, teens, business professionals, and teams within the hospitality industry, continuing Kim’s legacy of fostering confidence, kindness, and professionalism in every setting.
