Leslie Jennewein

Leslie Jennewein is the co-owner of The Manners Advantage, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. Leslie has been trained by The Protocol School of Washington and the Emily Post Institute and is a Certified Etiquette Instructor Consultant with over 25 years of teaching experience. She has taught a wide range of students, from preschoolers to professionals, the art of etiquette and essential life skills.

Leslie is a graduate of Florida State University with degrees in Communication and Political Science. She has been involved with numerous organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area and has held many leadership roles. She has chaired Cotillion at The Tampa Yacht & Country Club for over 20 years. She has organized seminars and planned classes for several organizations within the community, such as Tampa General Hospital, The Mendez Foundation, The YMCA, and The Child Abuse Council, among others.

Her passion is teaching individuals essential life and soft skills to set them apart and help them thrive and succeed in school, business, and, most importantly, life!

Kim Osborne

Kim is the co-owner of The Manners Advantage, Inc. in Tampa, Florida, and is a Certified Professional Etiquette Consultant. After graduating from The University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, and studying art with the Parson's School of Design in Paris, France, Kim began working in the advertising industry where she pivoted into the marketing realm. She continues to pursue painting and drawing as a cherished hobby. 

Moving to Florida, Kim advanced as the Marketing Director of several properties within the retail industry, becoming a senior team leader of branding strategies, and specializing in the grand openings of renovated properties. 

Kim was awarded the Best Shopping Center Marketing Award from General Growth Properties and the FORBES Magazine New Initiative Business in the Arts Award for her work in Tampa.

She has served on the Board of Director’s for the Tampa Bay Business Committee for the Arts; the Parent’s Association Board for Tampa Preparatory School and St. John’s Episcopal Parish Day School in Tampa; and as a member Junior League of Tampa for over a decade. Kim also served on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Home Society, Gainesville, Florida, and the North Carolina Retail Merchants Association. 

Her passion for working with children began after having two boys. Through volunteer work in the community, Kim met Leslie and discovered their mutual desire to help children succeed. Combining talents and experience, The Manners Advantage Inc. was formed in 2010 with a vision for the future!

Today, The Manners Advantage, Inc. has grown to offer etiquette programming to children, teens, business professionals, the hospitality industry, and healthcare industry.Â
