Leslie Jennewein is the co-owner of The Manners Advantage, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. Leslie has been trained by The Protocol School of Washington and is a Certified Etiquette Consultant with over 25 years of teaching experience.

Leslie is a graduate of Florida State University, with degrees in Communications and Political Science. She has chaired Cotillion at the Tampa Yacht & Country Club for over 15 years, and has organized seminars for The Mendez Foundation and Tampa General Hospital.

She has modeled for magazine and newspaper ads, as well as, in commercials, and has been a pitch person on live television for companies such as Home Shopping Network.

Leslie has trained children and teens in Kindergarten through 12th grade, college students and business professionals in the art of Manners and Etiquette. Leslie has also worked in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate field for many years.

She has served on several local boards in the Tampa Bay area such as The Tampa Museum of Art, The Junior League of Tampa, The Child Abuse Council, and The YMCA, to name a few.

Her passion is teaching others the art of etiquette to give them the tools to succeed in school, business, and more importantly, life!

Kim Osborne is the co-owner of The Manners Advantage, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. Kim originally hails from Chicago; from there residing in Darien, Connecticut where she graduated The University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

She studied art in Paris, France, and continues to pursue painting and drawing as a cherished hobby kimosborneart.com. Moving to Florida after college, Kim began an accomplished career in marketing and event management.

Her professional experience as Marketing Director of four regional malls led her throughout the country, and eventually back to Tampa, Florida where she met her husband.

Kim was awarded the Best Shopping Center Marketing award from General Growth Properties, and the FORBES Magazine New Initiative Business in the Arts Award for Westshore Plaza.

She has served on Parent’s Association Board for Tampa Preparatory School and St. John’s Episcopal Parish Day School, Tampa, Florida. Kim has also served on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Home Society, Gainesville, Florida; the North Carolina Retail Merchants Association; Tampa Bay Business Committee for the Arts, and has been a member of the The Junior League for over a decade.

Her passion for children began after having two boys. Through volunteer work in the community, Kim met Leslie and discovered their mutual desire to help children succeed. Combining talents and experience, The Manners Advantage Inc. was formed with a vision for the future!
